Christmas

I am loving the Christmas decorations this year! We had a little incident with the tree however, it started leaning because the base wasn't working right. I had to buy a new base and have friends help pick the tree up, take it out of the old base and replace it with the new one! The tree would have fallen over that night I am sure, I could put my hand under the base it was leaning so much. You can see the before and after. Did I mention Russ was out of town? Thanksgiving

Russes mom came out for Thanksgiving this year, we invited some friends and had a great dinner!
We started the day at the turkey trot at the elementary school, we couldn't have asked for better weather.

After Thanksgiving it was time to start decorating for Christmas, we found our tree and Big Russ cut it down. It was a fun week with grandma in town.
