Spring Break Project

I saw plans for these little tents online and have been wanting to make them. With the kids out of school all last week I decided it was time. We headed out to home depot and got the PVC pipe and 1x3 strips of wood, after a few cuts with the miter saw and a few holes to fit
the pipe it was time for Jaida to get the sander going. I wanted to be able
to completely collapse these for storage so I did 3 PVC pipe rods for the fabric to drape over and attach to. A twin size sheet would fit perfectly with a slot sewn on one side for the pipe to fit through. I used fabric I already had for these so some of them are bigger than a twin size. Anyway, the kids have been enjoying them and I enjoy that I can take them down easily.

Awesome! I've been wanting to try these out for some time. Do you just fold them to store them or take them apart?

Those are so cool. My kids wish you were their Mom. :)

Kendra: You can do either, just fold them and slide them under a bed or take them completely apart (my preference) so they're easy to get out of the way.
Mauri: Maybe you should send said kids out here so they can decide for themselves. hehe I'm pretty sure they'd go back saying they're glad you are their Mama.
